RETURN AND REFUNDS
Ines Gloves customers must been fully satisfied with the choice they have made.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect, you may return the purchased product, still unused, within 14 days after delivery. 
Custom gloves cannot be returned for a refund.
First email us if you want to return or exchange your purchase.
The only conditions we request are:

The product must:
be unused
have the original label
be in its original box/bag/packaging

Please write the email to info@inesgloves.com, kindly specify the reasons for return: if you prefer a refunding or if you prefer to exchange the size/color of the same article bought.
In case of replacement, please specify the new size/color you prefer.
We advise to check the availability at the website.
Please be informed that the shipment costs to send back goods are AT YOUR CHARGE.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We kindly request to use registered mail shipment.
Ines Gloves does not take on the responsibility of your return shipment.
If you decide to exchange size/color of the item, please be informed that, after having received your return, we will re-send the item with the new size/color requested at OUR CHARGE and depending on availability.
