All designs listed in the webshop are in stock.
If not we will email you for alternatives.
We offer two types of shipment:
1.Free delivery worldwide.
The orders are shipped the next day. You can choose the delivery address you prefer: home address, office address or the address of another person. Shipment is by Dutch TNT Post, registered mail. You will be asked to sign for receipt. In general it will take 5-14 business days for the package to arrive.
Delivery to PO boxes is possible.
No tracking available
2.UPS courier at additional costs.
You can make your choice at the checkout pages. Here you can also check in advance what your UPS courier costs will be.

RETURN AND REFUNDS
Ines Gloves Europe customers must been fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect, you may return the purchased product, still unused, within 7 days after delivery.
The only conditions we request are:
First email us if you want to return or exchange your purchase.
the product must:
- be unused
- have the original label
- be in its original bag/packaging
Please write the email to info@InesGloves.com, kindly specify the reasons for return: if you prefer a refunding or if you prefer to exchange the size/color of the same article bought. In case of replacement, please specify the new size/color you prefer.
We advise to check the availability at the website.
Please be informed that the shipment costs to send back goods are AT YOUR CHARGE. We kindly request to use registered mail shipment. Ines Gloves Europe does not take on the responsibility of your return shipment.

If you decide to exchange size/color of the item, please be informed that, after having received your return, we will re-send the item with the new size/color requested at OUR CHARGE and depending on availability.

PRICES
The prices € on the product page are indicated inclusive shipping by registered mail. According EU regulations Dutch VAT of 19% is applied. You can compare your currency from the list in the top right corner of the page, all of our € prices will also be displayed in that currency.
SAFE PAYMENT
Ines Gloves Europe official currency is € Euro. Invoices are also in € Euro. For non-Euro countries, the exchange rate depends on the credit card. The payment of the purchased products is made online by credit card - VISA, American Express, Master Card, JCB – and with PayPal through our secure SSL-certificate server.
Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
We also accept money transfer to our bank account.
After you submit your order online, you will receive instantly the order confirmation.
By wire transfer you will see on the order confirmation our bank account number, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT.
This payment system ensures secure transactions which, thanks to a Thawte-certified system based on SSL 128 bit encryption protocol, guarantee the security of online transactions and information.
